Subscribe to sequence

POST /actions/user/sequences/{sequence_id}/task-types/{task_type_id}/subscribe
Jwt authorization

Create a subscription entry for the current user, given sequence, and task type. When subscribed, the user receives notifications for all comments posted on tasks related to the sequence.
